Gucci has introduced some new contemporary styled watches as part of their Le Marché des Merveilles collection featuring refined materials and colors in a new ensemble of timepieces. These quartz timepieces come with a choice of colored dials, polished yellow-gold PVD cases and elegant calfskin or crocodile leather straps. The collection is further enhanced by exclusive models crafted from solid 18kt gold and set with diamonds.
This latest design, comprises a trio of timepieces (38mm) set with colorful dials in tones of green malachite, blue turquoise or red coral, and further luxurious solid gold extensions. Uncluttered, unconventional dials show off the texture and grain of these synthetic stones to their fullest.
To ensure the unique dials take center stage, the hours are marked simply by a bumble bee symbol at 12 o’clock The Gucci logo is seen at 12 o’clock and a small seconds hand with spherical detail is decorated with Gucci’s interlocking G insignia. Encircling the dial is a characteristically glamorous Gucci twist, shown in an unusual beveled bezel with pyramidal studs, which brings an urban edge to the piece.
Upholding same colored dials, the five exclusive precious models are crafted with an 18kt yellow gold case and see the pyramidal bezel etched in 16 diamonds encircling the stone dials. Further detailing includes diamond indexes and matching colored crocodile straps.
