Oris is delighted to celebrate the return to Formula 1 of one of its most talented drivers, Robert Kubica. The first Polish driver to race in motor sport’s top tier, Kubica has battled his way back from serious injury to become Williams’ Reserve & Development Driver.
The Oris Robert Kubica Limited Edition is based on the Oris Williams Day Date and features a central seconds hand and a minute track in the red of the Polish national flag. Only 250 pieces will be made.
The watch case is a multi-piece stainless steel case with a diameter measuring 42.00 mm in size. The watch case is covered at the top with glass sapphire which is flat with anti-reflective coating inside. The case back is stainless steel with a screwed, see-through mineral glass and special printings.
The timepiece is water resistant to 100 meters and features an Oris in-house caliber 735 movement. Its functions include center hands for hours, minutes and seconds, individual date and day windows, instantaneous date and day, date and day corrector, fine timing device and stop-second. The watch has automatic winding, with red rotor and a power-Reserve of 38 hours.
The color of the dial is black with a black dial ring with printings assembled into the case and luminous material indices and hands covered with Super-LumiNova®. A black rubber strap, with a stainless steel folding clasp is fitted on the watch, and each watch is presented in a special presentation box, along with a certificate.
